Ahead of the company’s attendance at CPhI North America, we put some questions to to John Romano, its co-Founder and president.

What new products or innovations is your company showcasing at CPhI North America this year?

Gifthealth is releasing a best-in-class solution for drug manufacturers to ensure that the right drugs get the right patients and the right time. Our therapeutic areas of focus include GI, CNS, Respiratory, and Derm.            

How does your company stay ahead of industry trends and developments in the pharmaceutical sector?

We have high levels of HCP engagement within our areas of focus, in some areas, we have 15%+ of the total HCP universe on the platform and fulfilling through Gifthealth. We also offer market access and last-mile services to any manufacturer and can do it in a hublight setting.

Can you tell us about any recent partnerships or collaborations your company has formed to enhance its offerings?​  

Gifthealth has been incorporating AI and automation into many of our processes. These tools enable our team to work more efficiently and provide a high level of service to patients, providers, and manufacturers.
