UPSC IES ISS exam topper list: UPSC announces final results for IES & ISS exams 2023: Here are the topper lists for both the exams

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams 2023. Nikhil Sindh has secured the top position in the ISS exam, while Nishchal Mittal has topped the IES exam. The results, along with the merit list, can be accessed on the official website upsc.gov.in.

The examinations for both services took place from June 23 to 25, followed by interviews from December 18 to 21 for the shortlisted candidates. The UPSC has recommended 18 candidates for IES positions and 33 for ISS positions. Results for seven candidates (3 in IES and 4 in ISS) are provisional.

The commission has stated that the offer of appointment to these candidates will be subject to verification of their original documents and clarification of their provisional status. The results for these candidates are valid for three months, and failure to produce the required documents will lead to the cancellation of their candidature, as clarified by the UPSC. The candidates’ marks will be available on the website within fifteen days from the date of the results announcement.
